Silivri Doğantepe Villas is a low-rise settlement of detached homes built in 2021–2022. Structure, roof, and facade works followed the site programme. Entrances, garden connections, and interiors were finished so each villa could be used on its own. The project was delivered as a low-density residential setting in Silivri.
