Ümraniye Necmettin Öztürk Primary School was built as an education building in 2021–2022. Classrooms, administration, and shared areas were arranged around the school day. Lighting, wet areas, and fire safety — the technical work that matters in a school — were completed during construction. The building was handed over as a place where students can study in an orderly setting.
